so i need advice

i am 24 have a 3 year old son and am trying to conceve my next child i was on depo for 2 years got off six months ago an i just got what i think is a period yesterday light spooting now is a light flow. i have not had a period since now i also have sensitive breasts an darking of aurola but no cramps anything i took a test and it read not prego so idk whats going on but i feel like something is not right
