Pain twinges--please help.

I am 9w3d. I am getting some twinges in my pelvic region, just random little lightning strikes in the pelvic bone every so often. They literally last less than a second, and aren't excruciating or enough to wake me up at night, but I'm scared, because I had a myomectomy in 2015 for very large uterine fibroids and the pain reminds me of that, though that pain was located elsewhere. I have had two internal ultrasounds at 6w3d and 8w3d and the doctor did not mention seeing anything atypical. Is it possible these are just regular pregnancy pains? I'm trying not to panic.
