AF after miscarriage

Carly • I am 32 and from Southampton in UK. Me and my oh are TTC baby number one. Had miscarriage in January 2015.
Hi ladies, can anyone tell me how you calculate when your period should arrive. I have been told 4-8 weeks but is this from the start of your miscarriage or from day it finishes?
