I had a misscarage when I was 5 weeks and it's been six weeks now with out a perioud my nipples and breast are so saw like they was when I was pregnant but a lot worse.

It can take up to 8 weeks for your period to return. Did you have medical help to miscarry or on your own? Have you had a negative pregnancy  test between your loss and now?
