Sharp Pains, cramps or Braxton Hicks, Dilated cervix anybody else experiencing anything similar?

I'll be 30 weeks Monday and right now I've been experience incredibly sharp pains and when they come there's multiples and they're frequent and last a bit, also I don't know what Braxton Hicks feels like if if these are just regular cramps, I've also noticed that he's very low and when he moves it feels as if whatever part is moving is dangling out could I be dilated?
