heartbroken!😭💔

I was in a relationship with my boyfriend for over. Year and s half. We were deeply in love. I honestly don't know what happened but he texted me 2 weeks ago saying that he couldn't do it anymore and he didn't have time for a girlfriend. We live like 30 minutes away from eachother but distance was never really a problem. I begged him to stay with me for 3 days straight after he had broken up with me. Come to find out, he already has a new girl. She talks to me and everything and she's nice to my face but she was talking bad ab me to my bestfriend and ofc she told me. Honestly I couldn't be any more upset and I've never cried for two weeks straight. He was my first love and he also took my virginity. I really need some advice on how to get over this.😭
