3D 'flip off'
My husband and I went for our 3D ultrasound earlier today and aside from being just under 32 weeks, and him already flipped (head down) he's a big baby I'm all baby belly! And he even 'flipped the bird' during our 3D my husband couldn't contain his laughter!
