distraught

I don't know what to do me and my bf had a baby 8weeks ago and we had a row couple of days ago over something silly and he said he's never coming back and it hurting me like crazy thing is even through I'm still bleeding I did a pregnancy test and came up with faint line,I tried telling him today and throught I was lying and then said I'm turning my phone off I can't deal With all this I'll call you tomorrow but I don't know what do as do think he's upset or shocked and panicking scared   and I've been non stop crying I'm beside myself and can't stop and can't eat or sleep xx
