Ladies, I need some honest opinions about a name for my baby girl!

Okay, so I work in an NICU and have seen many horrible names come through - I like names that are traditional and names that are a little less common but I dont want to condemn my child to life with a name that is too weird!! My husband and I are having a hard time coming to terms on a name because he doesnt seem to like anything!! What do you ladies think of Reya for a baby girl. Be honest, you won't hurt my feelings!
