over before it even started

I am recently married.. 2 months 😊

When we started dating and having sleepovers and weekends away we could go for it for hours. Now I feel like it is over and done with within minutes (well within 4mins) Is this normal? I have tried to introduce forplay into the mix - for my sake. however that just speeds it up more. Please let me know if I'm being needy or if this is a normal thing for a guy to go through.
