nervous about 12 week appointment tomorrow

Was anyone else a huge worry wart? This is my first pregnancy. Had an ultrasound at 8 weeks. Saw baby. Saw heartbeat. Doc said all looked good. I have my 12 week appointment tomorrow and I am scared to death they won't be able to find a heartbeat or something. Did anyone else worry like this? I haven't had any bleeding. A little cramping on and off the past few weeks. A lot of constipation and exhaustion. My hubby can't go so I have my mom going because I am that fearful of something being wrong!!
