4 months post c-section!

I'm pregnant! Took 10 pregnancy tests just to make sure! I was on birth control, the pill to be exact. I would take it every day at the same time religiously! And here I am, we're thrilled. But, we're afraid at the same time. Barely found out and I have an appointment with my OB/GYN next week. As of now I'm dying with worry! Since it's only been 4 months since my last c-section I'm terrified I will have uterine rupture or I will have complications of some sort. I need to simmer down a bit, any success stories or words of advice are appreciated! Thanks ladies❤️
