Sharp Inner Pain 36w

So, tonight I've had several pains in my vagina at what I assume is my cervix. Definitely a deep inner pain. It's sharp, and almost like a pinching pain.

The baby just dropped enough to cause extra pee and less breathlessness within 24hrs. He's also squirming whenever it happened. They aren't consistent or accompanied by any contractions or BH.

After reading, I heard it could be my cervix dilating? I was at 0% last week, so I have nowhere to do but further dilated!
