Shooting pain in my breast?

About a few mins ago my left breast starting hurting really bad. I'm laying in bed on my phone watching some debates and all of it sudden it starts hurting. The pain felt sharp. It definitely caught me off guard. The pain was radiating from the bottom portion of my breast. It lasted about a minute. Should I be concerned? It still hurts a little. Not as bad as earlier though. ** not pregnant or breast feeding **
