I signed up a volunteer/job (paid end of 6 months) opportunity at my university last fall. we have to commit to a certain number of events per 6 months. It's not a job since u r supposed to sign up when u can. As a student I try as hard as I can to make my schedule work but sometimes I'm booked and can't. Well "my boss" she asked me last week and with under 15 hour notice and I couldn't change my day around this 2 hour event. Now I got texted just now for tonight. Every time I respond i feel like it sounds like I'm bailing but I need advanced notice. Help please!
