babysitter/Nanny/daycare costs
I recently saw a post in another topic area about how much to pay a sister in law to babysit.
I'm going back to work soon after taking time off to be with my daughter - almost 11months and have been going back and forth with my husband on daycare vs nanny vs family.
My husband and I make enough money to pay our bills and maybe take a vacation once a year. We have some savings but not a lot since I've been home and unable to help money wise.
But what is a decent rate for a nanny? Daycare?
What do you ladies do/pay (estimate/range doesn't have to be exact)
