Amniotic fluid? Advice please!

Have you ever been told that you have a moderate amount of amniotic fluid?
The Dr. told me to come back next month to check on that, he also said that in a FTM is normal and that I should also control my blood pressure,  but now I'm worried! Do you know if there's anything I can do about this? Any advice? Thanks ^^

Drink lots and lots and lots of water. And it will increase it. I was told should be drinking a gallon in half to 2 gallons of water a day. And stay away from sweet drinks and cokes. They can actually cause you to become dehydrated. You can also drink g2 Gatorade it has electrolytes and not a lot of sugar. So it hydrated good like water cause I know it's hard to drink just water all the time. Especially that much.

It's already stressful being pregnant. It's normal to worry, I sure did. Just try to be calm and enjoy it. Just make sure baby is moving like normal :)

It's called polyhydraminos. It's the build up of fluid. Sometimes it's nothing while other times  it has to do with baby. They pee and swallow in utero so that results in the amniotic fluid. Sounds like they just wanna follow baby to be safe. Now blood pressure can be placenta. How many weeks are you?

Hello I was told last Thursday that my fluids wjere low I am now being seen by my doctor every Monday and Thursday  untill I give birth I went on today and they where at a normal level. I began drinking more water I am assuming that helped.
