Clomid twins and ovary cysts??

Question

I just left the doctor and I was told that both my ovaries are 14cm each or 6inches. I'm 10 weeks now. Has anyone else had this happen? I am so lost as to what all this means.

I'm 6w2d and have PCOS and a ton of cyst. I took 3 rounds of clomid. This much just be gods Mericle! Yes the cyst are painful but I am pregnant finally! Yay! I hope all goes well with you!

My ovaries have been normal and fine all 10 weeks until now. So I don't think it's clomid related nor is it a blessing :(
