I lost all of my GLOW information!

For years I have used GLOW to track my period. We were never trying to conceive, I only used it to know when my period was coming. I became pregnant, but lost the baby to a miscarriage. Around the time of my miscarriage I had switched from Android to Apple. Now I want to track my periods, ovulation, & fertility because we are trying to conceive now.. but all my history was gone when I logged into my account on a new device! How I can get the info back??
