Uti and yeast infection

I am so beyond worried. I had a UTI 2 weeks ago and then I just left doctor and found out I now have a yeast infection! I'm so worried about the effects of taking these medications while pregnant will do to my baby. I'm also wondering how common is that to get both infections? Is this something more serious? I am worried about STIs because my boyfriend cheated on me.
