TMI but please help

I was wondering whether anyone suffers with Thrush after taking antibiotics ? I have to take antibiotics long term (one everyday) for constantly recurring UTI's (water infection) however after the antibiotics I always get thrush. Is there anything I could do to prevent getting the thrush instead of just treating it as and when it occurs ? Because as far as I'm concerned I will be constantly getting it , if I am on along term course , it is a vicious circle.
