More than 2 genders?

I kinda had a rebuttal on Facebook. I shared a picture and the first thing said that there are only 2 genders.
I believe when it comes to having sex, there's only 3 options - male on male, male on female, or female on female.

You're talking about sex. Male/female refer to sex, which you are born with. Gender is how you identify. You learn your gender starting from the time you're born.

I believe there are two genders on opposite sides of the spectrum. Like Agender isn't a third gender it's literally lack of gender? You get me?

Sex is based on your genes and XX is female and you are born with a vag XY is male and you're born with a dick. But it is also possible to have XXY or XXX or XYY. These people are born with 'ambiguous' genetalia and don't fully fit in with male or female. So to a point sex still is a social construct and there technically is more than one sex
