Which name do you think is better?

We have to keep Michael; it's a family name on my husband's side. I will not be calling the baby Michael, however, so if you have had bad experiences being called by your middle name speak up!

My husband was called by his middle name and it was just confusing. He doesn't dislike his first name or anything (named after his grandfather) but he wished his parents would have just switched the order so the name they use is first and his grandfather's name was the middle name.

We live in the south and it's so common for people to go by their middle names. I find it most confusing at work when someone's email doesn't match the name they go by or something like that.

My mom named me with the intention of calling me by my middle name. Honestly, I've had no problems with it. Explaining to people (such as employers, schools, doctors etc) that I prefer being called Chloe is always an ice breaker and usually starts up some jokes and discussion. Works great for a shy girl like me lol

I absolutely love the name Oliver! I would name my future son that but my husband just won't go for it. I think it pairs well with michael also.
