Working with little boy and baby on the way.

I went from working 7days a week 16hrs doing construction all day every day to a stay at home mom wich was realy hard to do because i have worked my hole life. Well my sister needed help taking care of her father in law because she went through a realy bad survive that ended up stealing pills and belonging. So me and my friend stepped in I I was going to be a fill in untill she found someone more permanent. Well I realy like going to work now and it looks like I am going to be the permanent one lol. My son can come to work with me every other day and on the week end but he is having a hard time not being home after school and weekends I just don't want to stop working now and it is for my sister and I work with my friend so it is realy flexible. And I can bring the baby after he is born.
