Attempted to skip my period
Hello, all! I am fairly new to birth control. I started taking Sprintec in December 2016 and have had no problems whatsoever! My 21st birthday was at the beginning of March and I would have been right in the hardest part of my period on that day. I decided to skip my period by skipping my placebo pills and going straight into my next active pill. I started my active pill on Monday and started having some minor, very dark spotting on Tuesday afternoon. I started my full on period Thursday morning. I went through my usual five day cycle with no problems. However I have been continuously having the same dark spotting since! I'm going crazy!
Anyone have any idea how long the spotting could go on for? I'm thinking maybe after my next period it'll level out?
