Boyfriend very strong?

Hes a body builder and we get playful and we poke eachother. But sometimes pokes me too hard to the point where it hurts me alot. I have mentioned it before. But tonight was a huge wake up call for him. He got too rough with poking me and he poked my boob really rough to the point where I cried. He felt terrible and apologized alot. But ive been in abusive relationships  before. Im just scared. I dont know how to feel
