unsure

I had sex & put on eve that i orgasmed but i don't even know if i did tbh. I say i have never orgadmed before but I'm still unsure what physically happens when you do. I know it varies from person to person but still. I feel like you would know if you orgasm but I am still unsure... every time I have sex, I don't have a feeling of "blue balls" afterwords like men do if they don't cum. Then again, that goes for men.
