pregnancy after m/c

I had a miscarriage the first week of Feb. Now I'm pregnant again! Found out last night using a strip test. We are going to do a digital weeks one later but I know they only count from date of conception and you're meant to take it from the date of your last period.. I haven't had one. I bled from the m/c then must have conceived and last week had three days of light spotting. Possibly implantation? U feel incredibly sick.
