ok what the hell

So I'm on my period and I woke up with blood running down my legs. Whatever, heavy flow. Then I hop in the shower, and after washing my face I see blood on my washcloth? I look down and blood pours out of my nose. So I'm bleeding out of way too many holes for me to handle, now, I've eaten Mc Donald's breakfast, I'm bloated as all hell, I need to be deflated. I can barely walk, I look like I'm due next week, I can feel the food in my belly. For a few minutes I felt like throwing up.
