I went to mark these things off my registry and saw were someone has purchased us a car seat. I might cry. Car seats are so expensive, and it's the only big item we needed or even registered for. Honestly, I wouldn't have done a registry, but some ladies from my home church wanted to throw me a sprinkle and they insisted I register for anything and everything we could need even big things. In some ways, putting a big item like a car seat on a second baby wish list was a little uncomfortable. After all, this is my second boy.  But I got assured that several folks may want to get together to get me something nice. These ladies aren't even letting my momma help with the sprinkle. She's their pastors wife. They are just so excited and loving on us both. Doctors gave us a scare that our baby boy might not live to be born or survive delivery. But my mom's church prayed and we prayed and this baby is completely healthy and void of any terminal defects. This is why we did elephants because elephants are strong like our little man. 

I am overwhelmed with love after a long pregnancy. Not everyone can come back to their home town and have previous coworkers and church folks so excited. 

It's like things are so real. Baby gifts and car seats. The whole world is gonna change very soon.
