I am officially a true believer of Vitex!!!!! If you have irregular cycles I advise you to try!!! I read a lot about vitex and I would not take it unless I had super irregular cycles. Meaning- I go months at a time without a period. Today I was officially on CD 100 and AF came!!!!!! Never been more excited to have my period! It makes me feel normal again and it is all because of Vitex! I started taking 400 mg 3 times a day 5 days ago. It started working for me that quickly! I read it can take months to work but so glad it's already working! Highly recommend!! Hoping this is a "normal" cycle!!!!

I don't believe it is a miracle anymore. I only had the one period and was on it for 6 months...
