happening for first time

So I'm 18 years old, I just got my period today I'm stressed and my back of my neck hurts bad it hurts to turn and I feel it more when I'm standing up and walking not as bad when I'm laying down but I can still feel it, I literally just started noticing it should I be concerned this is the first time this happened idk what's happening
