Progesterone question!!! HELP

Ok so i was supposed to take progesterone to induce AF the 14th thru the 23rd.. But ened up only taking 2 pills the 14 and 15th.. (Perosnal family issues going on)

I had intentions on taking the 8 pills at a better time for us. But its now the 22nd and AF just came last night And heavy cramps.. (I havent had AF in 7 months and never start without Progestrone)

Should i take today as CD#1 and get ready for clomid? Or keep taking Progestrone for 8 days and go from there?
