21 day bloods 🤦🏽‍♀️

I got my positive O on CD14 and last AF started 3/3. Tomorrow I'm getting my 21 day bloods for ovulation, I know it should be 21 days but can't take blood on a Friday and next Monday will be 24/25 days (my AF will appear on CD26/27) will this be ok a day early or best to make it later?
