TMI - LADIES I NEED HELP! bleeding not af or ovulation

I'm in CD 14, cycle is usually 30-32 days give or take. I have never bled before or during ovulation and I have been spotting since Sunday but noticed bleeding today. I have test every morning with fmu and yet to get a LH surge. They say estrogen drop can cause bleeding (just before ovulation) but has anyone ever experienced this? I'm concerned because it is now bright red blood. Picsture below from Sunday and today
