Should i quit my job???

Today after finding out I had a MC in tears talking to my manager, she didn't seem to care, all she wanted like any other company was a body to be there. I know every company acts as if they care but I'm to the point that I rather quit & focus solely on my business. My husband makes good money to take care of both of us but I've been working since I was 16 & Im 28, so this is a really hard decision to make.... Because we're​ in the beginning stages with becoming home owners & I don't wanna screw that up. What should I do??!!!!
