Implemation bleeding or period starting?? Sorta scared. (Tmi pics btw)

I had sex on March 18th, so five days ago. I am on the birth control pill and take it usually on time each day. He came inside me a few times. The past three or so days I've been having this really weird discharge and Alot of it. I thought it was just a yeast infection since I get alot of them, but there hasn't been any itching, or smell. I started taking a Rite Aid brand "vaginal antifungal" thing last night to help with yeast infections and it's a three day thing. But the discharge is continuing to get worse. I'm not so sure it's an infection now. I am also in my last week of the pack of birth control and should be starting my period any time now, but when I wiped it was just a little bit of very light pink and one pink speck (pictures below). And normally before my period starts I get killer cramps, and I haven't experienced those yet.

Please help.. I am very young and sort of scared. I know I should take a pregnancy test but I don't want to have to go through the bother if I'm just overreacting. If anything I plan the take a test when the end of my pack is finished. But to ease my mind could someone help me out? Thank you.
