I am 31 weeks 4 days pregnant and all day I have been feeling pressure in my uterus like my daughter is reallllly low kicking in my vagina her movements are painful I am a ftm so I wouldnt know what to expect

I'm exactly as far along as you, and have been feeling cramps and pain with some kicks. 
I think you would definitely notice visibly if you have dropped, it could just be that baby has less space in your uterus or even braxton hicks? If anything becomes consistent, like lasts the same length each time and the same gap between then definitely contact your doctor or midwife.
