Sleeping help

Here's my story and looking for advice.

I had my LO 10 weeks ago via c-section. Because i couldn't get out of bed in the hospital i had my LO in the bed with me all day.

Now still she likes to be held constantly but mostly she needs to be held all the time during naps and comfort at night BY ME. No one else can put her to bed or very rarely down for a nap. If i put her down for nap before she dead asleep she wakes up and screams.

My question that i am seeking advise on is how do i get her to sleep without me constantly? How do i get her to fall asleep on her own? She is not a self-soother, can i get her to be?

Im wanting to be able to put in crib drowsy and she falls asleep herself and when wakes up sooth herself back to sleep.
