could I really be pregnant!? 😱

Soooo, I was just in my fertility window last week and I'm supposed to start my period in a few days. I randomly started cramping and went to the bathroom and I have light pink spotting.. I called my mom and sister into the bathroom and both of them told me I might possibly be pregnant. I haven't ever had pink spotting before my periods. Has anyone else ever had this happen but weren't pregnant?
