Alright! So I was on the nuva ring, which I took out Monday expecting to have a period and I never ended up getting one, but I just got the IUD on Wednesday when I supposed to get my period on Monday. I haven't spotted or bled or anything. Should I be worried?? I'm having no pregnancy symptoms, just feel like I'm on my period but no blood. Oh & I obviously was given a pregnancy test and an ultrasound because I got the IUD and there was nothing so I'm confused and kinda scared
