I am a solid size 16 (UK) and I have read that it is easier to conceive if you are BMI perfect! But how true is this? Surely woman of all sizes have had children before the chart was created.

However when I went to start booking for my fertility accupunture sessions I went in and the woman automatically assumed I was there for weight loss! 😑 When I said it was for fertility she still tried to sell me weight loss tea.

I am trying to lose weight but I don't want to wait until I have to try to conceive.

I bought the tea even though ridiculously expensive as I thought that every little helps.

Anyone else TTC that isn't BMI perfect? Or have you managed??
