Going to see my mom today. She doesnt know im pregnant yet. Should i put on a much looser shirt or is it just me thinking im looking pregnant? Ha ha

I'm 39 weeks and just told my aunt that I'm pregnant.. I would just put a hoodie or a big tshrit on when I went to her house. She kept asking if I was pregnant, I would say no I'm just getting fat! Lol

Unless the rest of you is very curvy, which is not what it seems in the photo, you definitely look pregnant to me. I'd go for a loose fitting tunic if you want to hide it.

Agree with the last poster. It depends on how your stomach looked before. My mom could tell with every little bit I grew throughout my pregnancy because she saw me often. 
Your stomach does have a slight roundness to it. So, I would probably wear a looser tee so you aren't stressing about it. 
It Will b me a dead giveaway if you are tugging at your shirt or trying to cover your belly because you will be bringing attention to it.
