Losing your mucous plug isn't a sign of labor. If it's accompanied by blood then it could be but otherwise it's not concerning. People lose it early all the time. They regenerate.

That pressure feeling is normal. I remember it with my second pregnancy. It's unreal. I always felt like baby would fall out or claw its way out. It's just the way baby is putting pressure in that area. N the weight of baby. N mucous plug can regenerate so your body sounds like it is doing well for where you are. It's also normal for second pregnancies to be dialated to 1-2 cms early on and for a while so that may b why u lost some of your plug. But all sounds normal and nothing sounds like a sign of preterm labor.

I lost mine at 37 weeks and still had to be induced at 40 weeks. If you see blood with it then it MIGHT be a sign that labor is coming.
