It's wild how different some of our views about birth are. Some women think it's absolutely crazy to give birth without an epidural. And to me, it's absurd to even consider interfering with birth or evening being in a hospital when I'm perfectly healthy. I don't think women are wrong or bad for choosing whatever they choose. It's just interesting how different views can be. I am so looking forward to feeling the sensations of my body working to bring my baby to me. I totally trust that our bodies are designed to do this and my job is just to breath and get into a rhythm so I can follow my body. This is the most extraordinary event of my life! Why would I numb myself?!
