where in the back seat is the car seat for your baby...
i see some put it in the middle. but my car has like a hump in the middle.

Read up on your car seat but most are side impact tested so really it's wherever is most comfortable for you

Statistically, the middle is "slightly" safer IF your seat is flat..but it's literally such a minuscule amount.  The safest spot is the spot where you can get it installed correctly.  We have our son on the right side because we live in the city and parallel park a lot, so we prefer to take him in and out on the side that isn't usually in traffic.

The middle is supposedly safer because of side impact. However we put my son on  the drivers side because most accidents happen on the passenger side where we live. I looked it up because I'm crazy hahahah

The middle is the safest. Because sometimes the front seats in the cars will not work in a car accident and break off hitting the carseat and killing it seriously hurting the baby. Also if you cant put it in the middle then the driver side. Because your instincts while driving is to protect your self so it is more likely you to get hurt less.
