Just out of curiosity, how far away are you from the hospital you plan to deliver?

My birthing center is 15 minutes away

In the middle of the night (no traffic, interstate, driving the speed limit)...45 minutes

In the daytime, same interstate, and tons of traffic that takes said interstate....90+ minutes

I drive by four hospitals to go to my midwife. Only provider I trust!

About 10 mins with no traffic/light traffic. With traffic at it's worst, probably 20, maayyybbeee 25 minutes.

40 minutes. It's the closest hospital. I don't really have a choice.

It took me 90 minutes when I was in labor because of course it had to happen during rush hour in Los Angeles 😩

If there's no traffic I can make it to the hospital or birthing center within half an hour... if there's traffic or bad weather, I'm looking at 45 to an hour. Fairbanks, AK in the summer isn't too bad, mainly contending with "outsiders" who don't know where they are going and tour busses xD I'm actually glad to be having a late summer baby living up here as driving in the winter can be an honest to goodness nightmare.

I'm 45 minutes to an hour away. Thankfully I work there so I'm there during the day. But at night it makes me nervous. My hubby works nights too so I'm always alone at night.
