Zits! ZITS EVERYWHERE!

I have PCOS and I took provera in December, then again in February, and now I'm currently on my 2nd day of another round so I can start clomid. And ever since I took the first round of provera, I have the worst acne breakouts on my face. AND THEY WON'T GO AWAY. I haven't had this many zits since I was 15. It is driving me CRAZY! I've tried different face washes, witch hazel, I stopped covering them with make up because it seemed to be clogging even more pores. I don't know what to do!
