baby in house with mold?

so the house that we're renting out right now is definetly not the best... the foundation im sure is horrible cause there's cracks all over the walls, and you can tell the landlord tried to fix it up himself cause it's incredibly sloppy, the carpet is uneven, some of the time is broken off, honestly this house is no where near fit for a child, and in aware of this now, but ever since i've moved here im sick every month with something, and ever since we brought my daughter home here, she's been incredibly congested and coughing a lot. right after i had her, we had stayed at my parents house because my SO works nights and my mom wanted to help me while i still got use to being a mom, and we were perfectly fine. i was looking at the walls in our bathroom, and there's weird stains on there and some black stuff in between the tiles and also on the walls and my parents had said it was mold.. and right about the kitchen sink has the same black marks. now, this is an old house and the landlord did disclose that there might be lead paint which legally he has to do, but he never said anything about mold, which i'm sure he knew about because he painted over the mold in our bathroom. 

i'm sure this is all a question for a lawyer, or a professional or whatever, but do you guys this would be a reason to break our lease and still get our deposit back?
