Bleeding or Mensus??

I delivered my baby girl on Feb 15 by c section.I had bleeding for about 10 days post that and it stopped. On my 36th day I noticed blood stains again which is coming on 37th day as well. The discharge is very light.Could it be the left over blood itself or my periods or some other issue???

I was engaged in climbing up and down staircase as well the past 2 days. Could that have triggered something?
